Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is our policy on order cancellations at Tidy Nest.

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thetidynest.us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy  once you have received them.

Made-to-Order or Personalised Items

Cancellations are not accepted for made-to-order or personalised items once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds on Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
